Levelwear Returns & Exchange Policy

This policy applies only to orders placed online through us.levelwear.com or ca.levelwear.com and determines an order's eligibility for return or exchange.

Returning an Item (Non-Defective)

  • The item must have been ordered within the last 60 days.
  • The item must not have been marked as Final Sale.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with its original tags still attached.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.
  • When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original, unworn and unwashed condition. Upon successful inspection, we will refund your credit card the amount you paid for the returned item. Please note initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanging an Item (Non-Defective)

  • The item must have been ordered within the last 60 days.
  • The item must not have been marked as Final Sale.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with its original tags still attached.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.
  • When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original, unworn and unwashed condition. Please allow 3-5 business days from receipt of your return to your replacement item being shipped from our warehouse. Upon successful inspection of the returned item, we will ship your replacement item using standard/ground shipping service. Standard/ground shipping transit times apply.

Returning/Exchanging an Item (Defective)

  • The item must have been ordered within the last 6 months.
  • We will require photos showing the item's damage/defect (reasonable/normal wear-and-tear is not considered damage/defect). We may also require the item to be sent back to us for inspection.
  • Once we have confirmed the damage/defect, we will ship the replacement item to you in lieu of a refund, if the item is still available. If it is no longer available, we will ask you to choose an item of similar value to be shipped to you in lieu of a refund.

Final Sale

  • Items marked Final Sale are yours to keep. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.
