With the recent global outbreak of COVID 19 Levelwear is committed to supporting our local community, staff and customers with a solution for non-medical grade mask protection. Recently we were approached with one of our league partners in the U.S to donate 5,000 garments to be made into over 30,000 masks that will help support a local community.
As of April 9th, we began production in our factory headquarters in Richmond Hill Ontario for the re-engineering of cloth garments into 2-ply washable non-surgical face protection that will be donated and distributed to local businesses within the Greater Toronto area.
Our first delivery of masks was to the Toronto Transit Commission and we welcome the opportunity to support workers who will be working through these trying times.
We are stronger in numbers when we all work together. We will continue to contribute and donate to our local community.
Our Levelwear Canadian made re-engineered masks are a cotton / blend that was an existing garment repurposed to a simple non-medical mask. It is a double layer of cotton sewn together with stitched in ear loops for a better fit and comfort. The double layer mask allows for basic protection for non essential small businesses who are working at a distance with the public. The cotton-based mask provides a comfortable fit against the skin and is completely machine washable.
Please reach out to your local Canadian sales agent to be eligible for a donation in the Greater Toronto area.
